When you use this website we collect the details you enter in a form, and basic analytics such as the page you came from and advertising click identifiers.

How do we use it?

To schedule inspections, prepare estimates and photo reports, carry out work, send confirmations and reminders, issue invoices and warranty paperwork, and respond to inquiries. We do not sell your information.

Who do we share it with?

Only with people involved in the job or payment, such as your insurance company or adjuster when you ask us to, a property manager you have named, manufacturers for warranty registration, suppliers delivering materials, city permit offices, or where the law requires it. Our software providers store data under contract.

How is it stored?

Job records are kept in secure business software with restricted access, and held for as long as warranties and the law require.

Can I see or correct my records?

Yes. Ask the office manager in writing and we will respond within 30 days. If you have a privacy concern, please contact us first so we can put it right.
