A new roof, done in a day or two
Northridge Roofing replaces roofs on homes across Lakewood and the Denver metro, from tear-off to final cleanup, with a written quote and a workmanship warranty.
What is included in a roof replacement?
A Northridge Roofing replacement removes the old roof down to the deck, replaces any soft or rotted decking, and installs ice and water shield at the eaves and valleys, synthetic underlayment over the rest, new drip edge and flashing, new pipe boots, and ridge vents balanced with intake at the soffits. Then the new shingles or metal go on.
In hail country, we recommend pricing Class 4 impact-resistant shingles. They resist hail far better than standard architectural shingles, and many Colorado insurers offer a premium discount for them. Every replacement ends with a magnet sweep for nails and a final walk-through with you.
When to call us
- Roofs 20 years or older, or shingles curling and losing granules
- Hail or wind damage approved for replacement by your insurer
- Repeat leaks in different spots
- Selling or buying a home with a worn-out roof
What to expect
- 01
Measure and quote
We measure the roof, check the deck and ventilation, and quote in writing.
- 02
Choose your roof
Pick shingle or metal style and color from samples at your home.
- 03
Install day
Tear-off, decking repairs, underlayment, flashing and the new roof, usually in one or two days.
- 04
Cleanup and walk-through
We magnet-sweep for nails, haul away debris and walk the job with you.
What should I do after a new roof is installed?
Keep your warranty paperwork and the final invoice together, and register the manufacturer warranty if we have not done it for you. Let your insurer know if you chose Class 4 shingles, as it may lower your premium. Keep gutters clear and book a check after any major hail storm.
